Makes 12
- 1 Large ripe banana
- 1 cup / 250ml milk
- 1 egg
- 60gr butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups (approx 180gr) self raising fluor (can be substitute with plain Fluor + 1 teaspoon baking powder)
- 1/2 cup (approx 120gr) caster sugar
- In a mixin bowl, mash the banana, add the milk, egg and melted butter. Mix well.
- Stir the fluor and sugar into the banana mixture, mix only until the ingredients are combined. Don't overdo it.
- Spoon mixture into well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 190C for around 20 minutes
- Serve warm or cold
